Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mechanical fitting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and fit mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components as per Bills of Material, Drawings and Specifications of Company Products.
Understanding and interpretation of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic engineering drawings for Atlas & Titan products to specification and drawing.
To operate safely, the use of various hand tools and power tools as required and directed
Control, through best practices, the quality of machines on build.
Immediate communication of issues, delays and shortages to Production Supervisors.
Contribute to ways that the department's quality and efficiency can be improved and take part in improvement projects.
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment in accordance with 5S principles.
Be fully conversant and compliant with Company policies, procedures and specifications (including Technical, HR, Quality and Health & Safety policies) in order to maintain a safe and controlled environment.
To report any non-conformance through the defined procedure and assist the company in meeting its Quality and HS&E objectives.

Requirements :

Work experience or Apprenticeship within relatable industry.
Good level of computer literacy with MS applications, Adobe Acrobat and CAD viewers.
Ability to improve quality & efficiency of work processes and drive implementation.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Diligent, structured and organised approach to work - with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Takes pride in own work, is thorough with excellent attention to detail.
Strong command of English language (both written and verbal).

Hours :

7:30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday

7:30am to 1pm Friday
