Responsibilities:
Main Duties and requirements

  • Follow build plans and established procedures.
  • Installing Pneumatic Circuits
  • Manage materials and equipment needed
  • Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
  • Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications
  • Align material and put together parts to build more complex unit
  • Check output to ensure highest quality
  • Maintain equipment in good condition
  • Keep records of production quantities and time
  • Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
  • Manage Good In to ensure good organisation and cashflow of parts
  • Collection/delivery of parts as required
  • Other tasks as required by the business

Other Duties

  • Work in a responsible, tidy and safe manner at all times regardless of where the work is being completed.
  • Competently use the computer system in order to maintain files, operate appliances and communicate with people and companies as required.
  • Work within a team as well as on your own.
  • Facilitate, where required, working weekends as dictated by machine build or commissioning requirements.
