Role: Senior Windscreen Technician
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday – Friday 08.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
We are seeking a Senior Windscreen Technician to join a leading provider of vehicle glazing solutions. As the Senior Windscreen Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of vehicle glazing projects, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.

What will you be doing in the Senior Windscreen Technician role?
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
- Ensure all technical operations comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges during product development and installation phases.
- Fleet management of company vehicles

- Knowledge of glazing technologies and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Understanding of industry standards, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
