Your education to become Cert CII qualified is fully expensed and bonuses are paid on completion. General duties: - Working on warm sales leads generated by a closely-linked telemarketing team - Selling market-leading insurance products to prospective clients - Retaining repeat business at times through excellent service standards

Essential personal skills: - Proven track record in exceeding sales targets - Driven and hungry approach toward sales - Enthusiastic persona with the desire to succeed

Commission/Bonuses/Benefits - 8% on all business landed plus The next year at renewal  - Most business sold in a month earns a £250 bonus - Most business sold in a quarter earns a £500 bonus - The salesperson of the year wins 2 first class tickets to any destination in the world, 2 nd place £2000, 3rd place £1,000. - Thousands of pounds of end of year awards to be won - Consistency bonus scheme – if you hit target 2 months in a row you earn £100, 3 months £200 and 4 months £750 and you will be paid £750 a month for every month where you hit afterwards. - 9.30am start time (9.30am -5pm) - 20 days holiday plus an extended Christmas shutdown - Regular company business and social events
