Are you an experienced salesperson looking for a new opportunity with uncapped commission and career progression? This role offers personal development, recognised industry training and uncapped commission.

One of the UK’s Top 100 Insurance Brokers based in Bedford needs experienced Sales Executives to join established teams. You will be making outbound calls to warm leads selling insurance products to business.

General duties:

• • Working on warm sales leads generated by a closely linked telemarketing team
• • Selling market-leading insurance products to prospective clients
  • Retaining repeat business through excellent service standards

• • Enthusiastic persona with the desire to succeed

Commission/Bonuses/Benefits

• 8% commission on all new business Plus 8% on next year’s renewal premium with retention rates are 90% across the business.

Consistency bonus scheme

• If you hit target 2 months in a row you earn an extra £100, 3 months £200 and 4 months £750 and you will be paid £750 a month for every month where you hit afterwards.

Extra Incentives

• The person with the most business sold in a month earns a £250 bonus
• The person with the most business sold in a quarter earns a £500 bonus
• The salesperson of the year wins. 2 first class tickets to any destination in the world,,2nd place £2000, 3rd place £1,000.
