We’re working with a growing business based in Marston Gate that’s looking for a proactive and experienced Stock Controller to join their small but busy team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term potential for the right person. You’ll take ownership of stock control processes while supporting the wider administration function when needed.
What you’ll be doing:

Taking the lead on stock control and inventory management

Investigating stock discrepancies and identifying the root causes
-
Suggesting improvements to current processes and implementing better ways of working

Working closely with your supervisor to understand systems and reporting

Supporting other admin functions during absences or busy periods
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a stock control or inventory-based role is essential

A logical, investigative mindset - someone who can dig into the data and spot patterns

A positive, proactive attitude with a real team-player mentality

Comfortable switching between tasks and happy to support outside of your main duties

Organised, accurate, and confident with systems
