Fram Search is working with a well-established and highly regarded financial advisory firm based in Bedford. Our client provides expert advice to individuals and businesses on a range of financial planning matters. They are currently seeking a professional, highly organized, and proactive IFA Administrator to join the small but dynamic team and provide essential support to advisers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs).
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, investment platforms, and other third parties.
  • Prepare client meeting packs, process applications, and ensure all compliance documents are in place.
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and ensure all documentation is compliant with industry regulations.
  • Manage client queries, update portfolios, and follow up on adviser requests.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of reports, investment reviews, and other financial documents.
  • Maintain awareness of industry developments and changes in financial regulations.
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in an IFA administration or financial services role is essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using financial services software (e.g., Intelligent Office, Adviser Office, or similar).
  • Knowledge of compliance procedures within the financial sector.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
