Permanent Commercial Property Lawyer

Full-time, hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)

A progressive law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer who is keen to progress and further develop their knowledge.

The Commercial Property team deals with a broad range of matters including land acquisitions for major Highways and development schemes, re-development of school sites, disposals of land and estate management work.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a legal advisor in matters of regeneration, commercial property and other corporate or constitutional matters
• Provide direction and negotiate on behalf of clients on projects involving multiple agencies and client interests
• Represent clients in discussions with third parties in any matters relating to commercial property
• Support the organisations leadership in building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, ensuring delivery of a seamless service at all times

About you:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of two years' post qualification experience
• Knowledge and experience of commercial property law including how to conduct transactions
• Ability to develop client relations and identify areas for expansion of work
