Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor – Bedford

A Leading law firm located in central Bedford, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful team.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
  • Creating and renewing leases for both landlords and tenants
  • Lease extensions, right to buy and right to acquire commercial properties
  • Portfolio management 

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2PQE+
  • Experience of agricultural land and development work would be advantageous 
  • Proven business development skills
