A Leading law firm located in central Bedford, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
- Creating and renewing leases for both landlords and tenants
- Lease extensions, right to buy and right to acquire commercial properties
- Portfolio management
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2PQE+
- Experience of agricultural land and development work would be advantageous
- Proven business development skills
