Litigation Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE, Bedfordshire, £Competitive, National law firm – A new role has arisen for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a highly reputable team in Bedfordshire. JOB REF:8870.• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another reputable law firm.• You will be responsible for a varied litigation caseload, to include boundary disputes, director disputes, enforcement of a judgment, mediation, professional Negligence and contentious probate.• You will manage your own caseload of conducting pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments, advising clients on contentious matters, drafting pleadings, statements of case and pre-issue documentation and filing with the court and attending court and conferences with or without counsel• Thorough understanding of the CPR, SRA policies and relevant codes of practice is essential.• Some previous experience of supervising more junior members would be advantageous.• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to details and work well within a team environment.• You should also have business development experience and be keen to assume networking and BD responsibilities.• A competitive remuneration package on offer for the right candidate to include a competitive salary, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and a bonus scheme.• Contact Kate Stubbs at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
