You will join a team of exceptional people, who have benefited from high level training and have a wealth of experience.• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with circa 5 years' or more PQE gained with another reputable law firm.• Thorough understanding of the CPR, SRA policies and relevant codes of practice is essential.• Contentious Probate experience is desirable.• The role will involve:• Manging your own caseload• Conducting pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments• Advising clients on contentious matters• Drafting pleadings, statements of case and pre-issue documentation and filing with the court • Attending court and conferences with or without counsel • Organising exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs• Supporting other fee earners on large and complex claims• Supervising junior colleagues• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, work well within a team environment and are confident supervising more junior members of the team.
