- Ensuring the team meets targets while maintaining exceptional client care standards.
- Supporting and mentoring team members to help them achieve their professional goals.
- Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Conveyancing.
- Have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills.
