Vickerstockare proudly working in partnership with our globally renowned manufacturing client.
They are on the lookout for Maintenance Engineers to join their team in South Wales.
Monday - Friday
3 Shift Rotation
6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am
Responsibilities for this role will include
- Formulating and executing Planned Maintenance Programmes for machinery/equipment on-site.
- Ensuring compliance with all pertinent legislation, prioritising the safety and functionality of machinery/equipment.
- Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date records of maintenance activities.
- Proposing and implementing efficiency-enhancing solutions as part of continuous improvement endeavors.
What we are looking for
- An Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering qualification (third level of higher).
- Demonstrable background in a Maintenance role, ideally within a Manufacturing facility.
- Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship.
- Proficiency in both Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance practices.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
