The Service Engineer will report to the BCS Service Manager and will be allocated diagnosis, planned maintenance and repair jobs as required. Most jobs will require only one Engineer, working alone. Most of the work will be at customer's sites within a 50-mile radius of Bedford, with occasional repairs carried out in the Bedford workshop. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a ½ hour lunch break 42.5 hours/week).

- Working alone to solve technical issues, overcome problems and act as the Customer's trusted advisor on equipment supported
- Develop a positive working relationship with our customers based on presenting a highly professional, technically capable and flexible approach

- A full, preferably clean, driving licence (ideally including the ability to tow a trailer)
- A highly technically focused background with an aptitude for analytical and logical thinking
- Experience working with similar software
