We have an exciting opportunity for an Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a specialist manufacturer within the industrial sector, working to design and manufacture pneumatic and hydraulic goods.

Responsibilities of the Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator

  • Receive and respond to customer enquiries via email or telephone.
  • Create and maintain Sales reports.
  • Prepare and send quotations.
  • Follow up on Orders and Shipments.
  • General Admin duties.
  • Process orders.
  • Coordinate shipping instructions with the Operations team.

Requirements for a successful Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator

  • Previous Administration experience within a sales and manufacturing environment.
  • Good telephone manners.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
