Our Bedford based client is a leader in providing innovative solutions across the globe. We are currently seeking a dedicated Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator to join their team and support the internal sales/applications team in delivering outstanding customer service.

The Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the internal sales/applications team by providing quotations, processing customer orders, and ensuring efficient communication with global customers. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain outstanding sales reports.
• Establish communication and coordinate with production and purchasing teams.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and keep them updated throughout the order process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to exceed customers' expectations.
• Follow up on orders and shipments and provide feedback to customers.
• Coordinate special shipping instructions with the operations team.
• Receive inquiries from customers via email or telephone.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and persuasive communication skills.
• Good understanding of stock levels, component allocation, and manufacturing environments.
• SAP experience is desirable but not necessary.
• Good math skills for gross margin calculations.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with grades A-C in Math and English.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing and sales environment is required.
