Position: Move CoordinatorLocation: Bedfordshire Our client is a leading player in the relocation industry, offering tailored solutions for individuals and businesses moving internationally. They are currently seeking an experienced Move Coordinator to join their team in Bedfordshire.Role overview:As the Move Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of relocation projects, serving both private and corporate clients, including commercial relocations.Your role will involve providing direct support to individuals moving internationally for personal or professional reasons, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the moving process, including HHG.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their move, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Develop and execute detailed move plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the move.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each move.
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding customs regulations and local resources.
- Continuously seek ways to improve our moving services and enhance client satisfaction.
Skill & qualifications required:
- Proven experience in move coordination or management.
- Knowledge of Household Goods (HHG) logistics.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using move management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
