- Confirm the interview is accurately documented.
- Assess and record the interview and provide honest feedback.
- Manage projects.
- Writing reports.
- Creating and updating spreadsheets.
- Log data onto database.
- Assist with training.
- Coordinate activities to the team in the field.
- Undertake admin for client accounts.
- Phone calls and Microsoft Teams chat with clients and other members.
- Ensure projects within the company's timeline.
- Business conversations with high end clients
- Provide support for internal staff.
The ideal hire will need to have the following.
- Fantastic Analytical and attention to detail
- GCSE' English and Math's C or above or equivalent
- Able to pass on honest feedback to others
- Strong admin and customer service experience.
