One of our clients is seeking a Site Manager to supervise modular build project in Bedford. Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site
- Managing the RAMS and health and safety on site
- Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely
- Overseeing internal and externals works
- Manage the quality of completed works
- Conduct regular sub-contractor meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise directly with end client, Project Manager and other Site Managers
- Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.
- Oversee general day-to-day operations on the construction site
Requirements:
- Have a CSCS & SMSTS & FIRST AID
- Minimum 5 years experience site management
- Ideally modular build project experience
- Has ideally worked for a Tier 1 contractor
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Proficient in MS projects
