What You Will Do:
- Develop Genuine Accessories across multiple disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, and Trim.
- Ensure the fitment and application of accessories with vehicles, meeting technical, cost, and timing targets.
- Support the adoption of accessories for Special Versions (SV) and assist with market/quality enquiries.
- Successfully complete design reviews at various stages of development.
- Deliver accessories on time against key milestones.
- Work autonomously within Engineering standards, with support from technical functions as required.
What You Will Bring:
- A Bachelor Honours degree in Engineering.
- Experience in Automotive OEM and/or relevant supplier experience.
- Proficiency in CAD, preferably NX.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative within Engineering standards.
