What You Will Do:

  • Develop Genuine Accessories across multiple disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, and Trim.
  • Ensure the fitment and application of accessories with vehicles, meeting technical, cost, and timing targets.
  • Support the adoption of accessories for Special Versions (SV) and assist with market/quality enquiries.
  • Successfully complete design reviews at various stages of development.
  • Deliver accessories on time against key milestones.
  • Work autonomously within Engineering standards, with support from technical functions as required.

What You Will Bring:

  • A Bachelor Honours degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in Automotive OEM and/or relevant supplier experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD, preferably NX.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, showing initiative within Engineering standards.
