What You Will Do:

• Create concept sheets and support presentations, providing technical explanations for budget setting.
• Prepare Styling Feedback of A-Surface feasibility and technical requirements.
• Manage full parts development, ensuring adherence to cost, timing, and delivery specifications.
• Conduct RFQ (Request for Quotation) and quote & breakdown analysis for New Model Sourcing and Cost Management.
• Generate cost reduction ideas to maintain product competitiveness.
• Engage directly with suppliers and manage supplier activity, including cost, quality, and timing.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in automotive design and development, particularly within interior cabin parts/modules.
• Strong capability in cost breakdown analysis and cross-functional teamwork.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements across different regions.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel globally.
• Proficiency in CAD, time management, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
