What You Will Do:
- Conduct diagnosis, planned maintenance, and repair jobs independently, primarily at customer sites within a 50-mile radius of Bedford.
- Occasionally carry out repairs in the Bedford workshop, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
- Develop strong, professional relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor on the equipment supported.
- Utilize analytical and logical thinking to solve technical issues and overcome problems independently.
- Embrace new ideas, products, and technologies to support business growth and market expansion.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company policies and customer expectations, maintaining a professional and technically capable approach.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of field service experience, with at least 3 years in the compressed air industry.
- A full, preferably clean, driving licence, with the capability to tow a trailer.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Office 365, and the adaptability to work with similar software.
- A proactive approach to embracing new ideas and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
