We are currently looking for a skilled technician who will join an R&D company based in the Bedfordshire area. You will be working closely with an experienced team, maintaining equipment and developing new solutions for problems around site. You will investigate failures around the facilities as well as carrying out PPM.
The company have a lot of exciting projects within the Aviation, Defence and Motorsport sectors, so ensuring the equipment and machines are working to their optimum efficiency is crucial.
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and the way machinery works. This will include components such as Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, Heat pumps, rotating machines, cooling systems and more!
This role would suit someone who has worked as a mechanical technician and following engineering drawings. If you have previously worked with industrial machinery including food manufacturing, heavy vehicles or in the defence sector, this could be a perfect fit for you!

Firstly, you will be offered a salary of up to 36,800 p/a, a 38 hour working week from Monday to Friday, private health insurance and a total of 46 days holiday (Including Bank Holidays)!
