Role: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Location: Bedford (Hybrid Available)
Salary: 60,000-80,000
Are you a talented and ambitious litigation solicitor looking to make an impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment?
The role:
- Manage a varied caseload firm of dispute resolution matters, including commercial and civil litigation, and property disputes.
- Foster strong client relationships while providing expert legal advice.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Experience in advocacy within County and High Courts.
- Knowledge of CPR regulations and other procedural matters
You:
- A minimum of 1 Year Post Qualification (PQE)
- Experience hitting billing and fee earning targets.
- Demonstrated ability in project and time management.
- Exhibits confidence and professionalism.
- Function effectively both as a team member and as a leader.
- Maintains professionalism, organisation, competence, enthusiasm, and ambition.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively with other fee earners, offering support and guidance to enhance the knowledge and skills of the team.
