Junior National Account ManagerINTRO:Henderson Brown is delighted to announce a partnership with a renowned Fresh Produce business located in the East of England local to Bedford.Our client has a legacy of providing the highest service levels coupled with outstanding product quality to an array of customers across the UK retail market. They are looking to appoint the newest member of their commercial team as a Junior National Manager.OVERVIEW:This role is going to be challenging as they are an extremely professional operation with strong supply routes internationally and specifically in the UK. The individual will need not only to be a first-rate Account Executive looking for that next step up but also someone ambitious to grow and progress their career. Full P&L responsibility is on offer whereby someone can make a significant step forward in their career.PERSON SPEC:We are looking for someone who can learn fast, problem-solve at speed, think laterally, and make rational decisions quickly, communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.It's important the incoming incumbent understands and appreciates the speed at which this business operates, therefore they will need to be comfortable with a short shelf life portfolio, operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging business.The successful candidate will hold themselves to the values that underpin the business and can both integrate and add value to the team.
