Manpower is currently recruiting for a Surveyor Administrator. This position requires an administrator to travel to sites with surveyors to attend meetings in and around Buckinghamshire. This a temporary 3-month assignment.

Details

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
  • 22.00 per hour
  • Must have a driving license to attend site meetings


Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate administrative projects, collaborating with other departments to achieve organisational goals.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.


Required Skills
