Exciting Opportunity: Logistics Administrator for Test Facilities

What You Will Do:

  • Own the administration process for parts to and from the technical centre, including delivery requests, supplier shipments and invoicing, ensuring a smooth and timely process for goods in and out.
  • Learn and utilise bespoke systems required for effective role fulfilment.
  • Prioritise urgent requests and liaise with test groups to ensure parts are ready for dispatch.
  • Track performance of parts logistics, provide clear reporting, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct general administration duties for the test team, including ordering supplies and updating organisational charts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with service providers and support projects with exceptional customer service.

What You Will Bring:

  • A strong background in logistics and experience of moving parts across borders.
  • Experience in a busy office environment, with experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages for report writing and presentation preparation.
