- Lead, support, and develop a team of five administrators, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring service levels are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Oversee and improve administrative processes related to order processing, stock management, and invoicing.
- Ensure accuracy in all documentation and reporting, maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.
- Identify and resolves operational issues promptly, working collaboratively with internal teams.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Proven experience in an administration management role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or a 3PL environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customers effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with WMS or logistics software is desirable.
