The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Line Operative to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in their manufacturing process, ensuring the high-quality finish of their cutting-edge cooling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain paint line equipment with precision and care
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming
- Apply paint and coatings to advanced cooling systems
- Monitor and control paint quality, thickness, and consistency
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial painting or related field preferred
- Knowledge of paint application techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
