Adecco are currently recruiting for specialist administrators to join our key multi-national corporate client. Working within a high target environment for the medical records warehouse at Bedford Hospital.

Working Monday to Friday 2pm- 10pm.

This a long term temp position (we would need you to commit to at least 6 months)

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Scan daily if the cover is required. Minimum 7 scanners going (in exceptional circumstances there will be more)
  • Training of staff (or ensuring there is a buddy who can train them)
  • Monitoring productivity - letting Supervisor know of any variances
  • Working with underperforming scanners on improving their stats - feedback to Supervisor the outcomes
  • Processing urgent files
  • Fixing any work returned from QA and rescans
  • Supporting QA
  • Supporting printing
  • Ensuring there is enough work for the scanners - monitoring box levels and liaising with check in team
  • Consulted with Site Lead when it comes to on-boarding or exit of staff
  • Taking holiday forms for processing at a team meeting - passing on the approved or rejected forms back to requestors
  • Escalating issues with staff where you've tried to resolve it but was unable to
  • Checking Sign In portal daily for Bedford, making sure everyone signed in and out of the building
  • Ensuring there is enough stock for print and scan team, escalating any shortages to the helpdesk
  • Basic maintenance of the scanners, making sure they're being hoovered and cleaned. Opex call outs when required
  • Informing supervisor of any call outs and passing on the details for the log of issues
  • Investigating datixes relating to the scanning or print services and giving the feedback to Site Lead
  • Monitoring workflow and SLAs as and when required to cover
  • Voiding empty stacks
  • Ensuring the building is locked up properly at the end of each shift
