A rare opportunity to work for a visionary organisation as a Quality and Governance Manager across a soon-to-be 3-site GP Practice group in Bedford.  

The role

A group of four highly established and respected practices are seeking to hire an experienced Primary Care Quality and Governance Manager.

The role will involve ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the practices while fostering a positive and committed team environment to deliver the highest quality care to their patients.

You will provide strong governance and compliance support to ensure they meet all statutory obligations.

To take accountability for managing and delivering high-quality, safe, and effective governance processes across the partnership. Drive improvements in quality standards and support the development of a mature organisational governance culture.

You will oversee the implementation of the premises strategy in alignment with the clinical strategy, ensuring the management, maintenance, and compliance of all premises, as well as the completion of IPC audits.

Finally, to strengthen and maintain the patient-facing and communication strategies for the oranisation.

Salary

• £45K - £50k FTE
