Year 4 Primary Teacher - Bedford - Part-time

Are you an experienced Teacher who is looking for a better work-life balance? Are you keen to make a big impact in a short period of time?

Tradewind are currently looking for a passionate Year 4 Primary Teacher for a job share in Bedford. This a full-time, 2.5 days a week role. You will share responsibility with the other class teacher so will be expected to mark, plan and assess in conjunction with them. The school are willing to be flexible on the days.

This large 3 form entry school in Bedford has built a strong culture among staff and students where everyone's input and well being are valued. The school are strong believers in creating an environment of parent and teacher collaboration to ensure a holistic approach is taken to each child's progression. The successful applicant will be given ample support and benefit from an experienced staff team who all work together.

The ideal teacher for this post will have the following;

  • Strong experience working in KS2
  • Capable of building lasting relationships with students and staff
  • Well-organised and capable of working in collaboration with the other teacher in the job share
  • QTS
