Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor
- Supporting with all planning, quality and costs
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the best standard to customers
- Working with sales to execute great communication and quality service
- Creating processes and ensure the roll is efficient and effective for all staff
- Introduce change that allows the business to run smoother
- Organization of all documents and vital information
- Boost morale and mindsets within the team
- Keep a quality log in order to investigate in the future
- Set up key meetings to look into data and trends
- Deal with big projects and influx or orders
- Support the team where needed, being a hands on supervisor and working collectively with other supervisors.
What you need for the Production Supervisor opportunity
- 2 years experience supervising a team
- Experience with SAP/Rubicon
- Good communication skills
- Organized with attention to detail
