What you'll be doing:
- Supporting students with a tailored curriculum, focusing on key and functional skills.
- Working with students of various abilities (small classes of 6-8) to foster learning and development.
- Contributing to the improvement of students' lives by providing them with a sense of purpose and direction in their education.
- Collaborating with therapists and mental health specialists to deliver targeted interventions.
What we're looking for:
- Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field) or previous SEN experience.
- Strong interest in mental health and Autism.
- A keen interest in SEN and understanding of learning and behavioral needs, including SEMH.
- Ideally, a local candidate based near Houghton Regis for an easy commute.
