Work with: classes of 6-8 based on ability

Salary: 460 - 500 per week

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 15:30

In this role, you will:

Work closely with therapists, SEN specialists, and mental health professionals.

Responsibilities of an Aspiring Educational Psychologist:

Woking alongside well trained specialist in the SEN team.
You will be required to assist with student's academic development, encouraging learners to achieve.
Pupils from the ages of 4-19 years old could have a variety of mild to Moderate Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
You will become a positive consistent role model in the lives of their specific pupils.
You form a relation with teachers, parents and the pupils.

Requirements:

An undergraduate degree (preferable) and/or prior experience in SEN - ideal for Criminology and Psychology graduates.
A strong interest in mental health and Autism.
Knowledge of or a keen interest in learning and behavioural needs, particularly SEMH.
Ability to commute Kempston.
