Are you an experienced Project Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity with a busy main contractor? My client, a thriving company with a turnover of £60 million, is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Surveyor to join their dedicated team in Bedford.

Your Role: As a Project Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing project budgets and forecasts
- Conducting cost analysis and financial reporting
- Managing procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations
- Overseeing contract administration and compliance
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a main contracting environment
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
