Quantity Surveyor - Bedford - 50k
Platform Recruitment has partnered with a client who are specialists in industrial process industries. They are looking to take on a quantity surveyor to assist with the delivery of successful projects in terms of recording off site works for monthly applications.
Key responsibilities:
+Maintain project forecasts.
+ Monitor project performance against budget and report variances
+Relevant CSCS qualification
+Cost recording and forecast updates
Key skills:
+Knowledge of NEC3 &4 contract conditions
+ Experience of measurement records for sub-contract works.
+ Strong negotiation skills
+Procure and administer sub-contract packages
The salary will be up to 50kdepending on previous experiencewith great company benefits including a car allowance.
