A leading specialist in floor and wall finishes is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their Bedford office, offering a salary of up to £50,000.
The role involves managing projects valued between £100K and £1M across various sectors, including Sport & Leisure, Healthcare, and Education.
Candidates should have experience working on flooring package projects, either as a subcontractor or contractor, and must be comfortable managing up to five projects simultaneously.
The position requires delivering post-contract work to Final Accounts and includes responsibilities such as cost reporting and payment certifying.
UK experience is essential, along with being a good team player and self-motivated.

Person Spec

Comfortable managing up to 5 projects at any one time, at different stages
Able to deliver post contract work to Final Accounts
Experience working onprojects involving flooring packages as a sub contractor or contractoris essential
