Vacancy: PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Bedford, MK40

Salary: £26k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Immediate Vacancy: A position has become available for an experienced Property Administrator in the Bedford area.

For this role, you will need have a great track record in Residential Lettings Administration and Property Management and previously have been employed in a similar position.

You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Contractors and Tenants and be able to show empathy and understanding: you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure – all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognise immediately!

Skills required for this Lettings Administrator role will include:

Experienced in Lettings Administration & Property Management
Understanding of current lettings legislation
Highly organized and able to prioritise work load
Problem solve effectively
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Ability to work in a pressurised environment
Knowledge of the local Canterbury area helpful
