As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process within our organization. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for various job roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates , understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilise various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific job roles.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the Bedford office.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a 180 recruitment role.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A genuine passion for recruitment and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and candidates.
