Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in creating the largest active market share in the area.
  • Drive revenue growth by maximizing the property register.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed financial targets to maximize branch profit.
  • Manage and motivate a team, conducting regular 1:1s, reviews, and morning meetings to improve performance.
  • Deliver effective action plans to meet sales objectives and influence results.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Estate Agency or customer service experience.
  • A proven track record of hitting targets and achieving goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and fresh ideas for market growth.
  • A full UK driving licence and own vehicle (insured for business use).
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
