The role:
- The successful Account Manager Premium Retail will manage and grow existing luxury retail relationships. Growing existing relationships with these iconic brands they will also identify and secure new accounts
- In the role the Account Manager Premium Retail will create a seasonal trade sales strategy plan and will identify opportunities for new products.
- The Account Manager Premium Retail will also develop the strategy for independent customers through leading the strategy for key exhibitions and trade events
- The Account Manager Account Manager Premium Retail will report to the business on revenue, product trends, customer trends, competitor activity etc
Ideal candidate:
- You will currently be working as an account manager within either a luxury food or drink business or alternatively a gifting business. You will have experience of managing relationships with premium retailers sch as Fortnum’s & Mason, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols along with opening new accounts.
- In addition you will have experience of leading trade shows and exhibitions and developing sales strategies.
- It is essential that you can demonstrate a proven track record of forming and building strong long-lasting relationships along with excellent customer service.
- For the Account Manager role it is essential to have excellent empathy, listening and communication skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- With high levels of attention to detail the Account Manager will have superb time management and organisational skills.
- It is essential to have excellent IT skills across Word, Excel and Powerpoint along with good data analysis skills.

- Salary up to circa £50k plus car or car allowance, bonus and benefits
- Role is home based with travel to customers and 1 day a week in the head office in Leighton Buzzard
