About: Our client, a prominent player in the industry with stores across London and Europe, is on the brink of an exciting growth phase in 2024/5. They are seeking dedicated individuals to be a part of this exciting journey.
Job Overview:As a Supervisor in Farnborough, you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance, with evenings off and reduced weekend hours. Your workweek will be 39.5 hours. Store operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm.
Responsibilities: Your role as a Supervisor will include:
- Elevating and maintaining high customer service standards within the store.
- Ensuring company and brand standards are consistently met, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Achieving store and company key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you should:

- Bring experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented industry.
