The successful candidate will be responsible for the finance function of five entities within the Clinical & Commercial Division. This includes ensuring accurate and timely submission of all transactions, processing and paying expenses, creating and maintaining billing trackers, and much more. What you'll do:
As a Finance Assistant, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the financial health of five entities within our client's Clinical & Commercial Division. You will be entrusted with ensuring the accurate and timely submission of all transactions, demonstrating your meticulous attention to detail. Your responsibilities will also include processing and paying expenses, creating and maintaining billing trackers, handling both external and internal billing, performing credit control duties, conducting weekly aged debt analysis, updating and maintaining statement of works and purchase orders, performing month end reporting, agreeing intercompany balances with group entities, and carrying out additional ad hoc duties as required.

- Perform credit control duties

You are comfortable working with significant volumes of data to investigate issues thoroughly before making information-based decisions. Your strong IT skills are complemented by your experience with Office 365 suite; experience with SAP and Xero would be advantageous. As a self-starter, you have the ability to identify and resolve problems independently. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively at all levels within a large organisation. You are practical, organised, and results-focused in your approach to work.
