We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant based in Bedford for one of our clients on full-time permanent basis. Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant
- Manage accounts receivable functions.
- Raise, post and manage invoices.
- Accounts receivable ledger.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Sending AR statements to clients.
- Aged debtor reports.
- Running and uploading monthly payroll.
Requirements for a successful Finance Assistant
- AAT qualified.
- Accounts Receivable experience previously.
- Strong IT skills with experience using Sage Intacct System.
- Experiencing running and managing payroll.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
