Role and Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging and accessible maths lessons that cater to different learning needs
- Differentiate teaching strategies to support students with a range of abilities
- Use innovative approaches to make maths enjoyable and relevant
- Work closely with SEN specialists, teaching assistants, and other staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Provide a positive learning environment that encourages confidence and growth
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level or in a specialist/SEN setting
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students with diverse learning needs
- A flexible and creative approach to teaching
