Pay: £120 - £200 per day 

REED are currently working with secondary schools across St Neots, supporting them recruit Supply teachers to cover both planned and unplanned absences. 

As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities may include:• Delivering lesson plans provided by the absent Teacher• Leading the classroom with high-quality lessons• Assessing and monitoring student behaviour• Proactive approach to engaging students to complete their lesson tasks• Adapting to different environments and following Safeguarding practices• Participating in professional development opportunities when requiredQualifications:To be successful as a Supply Teacher, you should have:• QTS (or at least 1-2 years of supply teaching experience)• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field• Appropriate teaching certification or licence• Experience teaching at the Secondary level• Adaptable and friendly demeanour• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
