Job Title: Deputy Manager
Job Type: Full Time 37.5 hours
Salary: £25,975. - £27,500.00 per annum
Location: Bedford
*Quarterly performance-related bonus (up to £2.4k per annum).

ABOUT YOU
You will:
- Have experience in a team leader or deputy manager role.
- Have excellent relationship building skills.
- A drive to mentor and support your colleagues.
- Enjoy working in a busy environment.
- Be flexible – Saturday working will be required.
- We are currently seeking a Romanian Speaker due to the customer base of the store this is desirable but not essential.
If you are multilingual this is an added bonus but not a requirement.
