  • Working mainly on Cars and Vans
Workshop Manager required for Automotive well-established independent garage in the Flitwick area.Our Client is seeking a Workshop Manager to manage their busy site, the successful Workshop Manager will have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.Hours of work for this Workshop Manager role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm.The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Manager is £45,000.Duties of a Workshop Manager
  • Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
  • Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
  • Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
  • Looking After the Repair Centre Site.
The Successful Workshop Manager will
  • Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Manager / Site Manager role
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • A full and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
