About the Role:
As a Complex Care Suppot Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals facing a range of challenges, including mental health conditions, substance misuse, and challenging behaviours. You will help empower our clients to live fulfilling lives while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Assist with personal care, daily activities and emotional support
- Use your expertise to manage and address challenging behaviours effectively
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in working with individuals with mental health conditions, challenging behaviours, and substance misuse
- Complex Care Procedures Trained
- Medication Trained
- Full Driver's License
- Minimum of 1 year recent UK experience working in a complex care setting
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid PMVA / MAPPA Certificate
- Current Care Certificate
